Fitness in the Park

A brisk walk, a few stretching exercises more brisk walking.

You know you should exercise more but perhaps you need some motivation.

Why not join our friendly group who want a good excuse to get healthy and meet socially too.

Meets: Every Thursday morning outside the Pavillion Cafe in Priory Park

Time: 10:00 – 11:00 and then a chat and coffee in the cafe after for anyone who wants to stay.


Fitness in the Park will be twice a week from Tuesday 16th October from 10:00 – 11:00 in Priory Park. So now it’ll be every Tuesday and Thursday and you can come to one or both it doesn’t matter, just turn up when you can – you’d be most welcome.
